M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los innovadores efectos visuales que introdujo, el mensaje subyacente de que el mundo no es como lo vemos resuena profundamente en nuestra empresa, porque lo vemos suceder constantemente. No hablamos de m\u00e1quinas inteligentes que se apoderan del mundo y utilizan a los humanos como fuente de energ\u00eda. Hablamos de la falsa realidad en la que muchas v\u00edctimas de accidentes se creen despu\u00e9s de sufrir uno.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>A lo largo de los a\u00f1os, hemos hablado con miles de v\u00edctimas de accidentes. Muchas de ellas no pudimos ayudarlas, ya que hab\u00edan llegado a un acuerdo con la aseguradora por una indemnizaci\u00f3n menor a la que les correspond\u00eda. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9? Porque creyeron lo que les dijo la aseguradora: que su oferta de indemnizaci\u00f3n era la mejor que iban a recibir. No se puede culpar a estas v\u00edctimas. Al fin y al cabo, probablemente era la primera vez que trataban con una aseguradora por una reclamaci\u00f3n por lesiones. Necesitaban dinero y cre\u00edan que la aseguradora les ofrecer\u00eda una compensaci\u00f3n justa. Sin embargo, seg\u00fan nuestra experiencia, no siempre es as\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Estos clientes acudieron a nosotros en busca de ayuda cuando se quedaron sin dinero y no pudieron pagar sus facturas m\u00e9dicas restantes, pero lamentablemente no pudimos hacer nada por ellos salvo escuchar su historia y ofrecerles nuestro apoyo. Si nos hubieran llamado antes de firmar con la compa\u00f1\u00eda de seguros, todo habr\u00eda sido diferente. Por eso, deber\u00eda considerar llamar a un abogado inmediatamente despu\u00e9s de un accidente. Sabemos c\u00f3mo tratar con la compa\u00f1\u00eda de seguros. Lucharemos para defender su derecho a una indemnizaci\u00f3n y lograr que la compa\u00f1\u00eda de seguros act\u00fae con
