Como ganador del concurso de oficina Gobble 'til You Wobble 2010, Steve comparte una de sus recetas navide\u00f1as favoritas y mejor protegidas.<\/p>\n

INGREDIENTES
\n\u2022 2 gallinas
\n\u2022 8 barras de mantequilla
\n\u2022 apio
\n\u2022 cebolla picada
\n\u2022 4 cajas de mezcla para pan de ma\u00edz Jiffy
\n\u2022 1 lata de crema de champi\u00f1ones
\n\u2022 1 lata de crema de pollo
\n\u2022 8 huevos
\n\u2022 salt & pepper to taste
\n\u2022 champi\u00f1ones frescos<\/p>\n

INSTRUCCIONES
\n\u2022 En una olla muy grande, hierva 2 gallinas hasta que est\u00e9n tiernas (aproximadamente 4 a 6 horas).
\nDerrita 8 barras de mantequilla (aproximadamente 4 tazas) en una sart\u00e9n. A\u00f1ada a la mantequilla un manojo de apio cortado en rodajas finas, un manojo de ceboll\u00edn picado y un paquete grande de champi\u00f1ones frescos rebanados. Saltee hasta que el apio est\u00e9 tierno. A\u00f1ada 3 cucharadas de condimento para aves. Reserve.
\nHornee 4 cajas de mezcla para pan de ma\u00edz Jiffy, duplique la cantidad de huevos y sustituya el suero de leche por leche. Una vez listo el pan, d\u00e9jelo enfriar. Desmenuce el pan de ma\u00edz fr\u00edo, rompiendo los trozos grandes, y reserve.
\nCuando las gallinas hayan terminado de hervir, s\u00e1quelas de la olla y deshu\u00e9selas. Pique la carne y res\u00e9rvela. Cuele el caldo de pollo y rep\u00e1rtalo en cazuelas, de modo que la cazuela quede vac\u00eda.
\n\u2022 Coloque el pan de ma\u00edz desmenuzado en la olla y agregue la carne de pollo. A\u00f1ada el sofrito de verduras a la mezcla de pan de ma\u00edz y pollo. A\u00f1ada 1 lata de crema de champi\u00f1ones, 1 lata de crema de pollo, 8 huevos y abundante pimienta negra al gusto. Agregue el caldo de pollo hasta que la mezcla tenga una consistencia cremosa. Reparta la mezcla en 2 o 3 moldes grandes de aluminio para hornear y hornee durante 1 hora a 175 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n
