Every year before our holiday party, we randomly draw the names of our coworkers and then buy toys that remind us of the people we selected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During our party, we share the gifts we purchased and our reasons for choosing them. We then donate the toys to a local charity or family in need. Not only does this experience bring our staff closer together, but we also get to help brighten the holiday season for children in our
