La campa\u00f1a permite a los agentes de polic\u00eda y polic\u00edas estatales exigir a los conductores sospechosos de estar ebrios que se sometan a una prueba de alcoholemia. Si el conductor se niega, un juez emitir\u00e1 una orden judicial que le obligar\u00e1 a someterse a la prueba.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tdcaa.com\/node\/1141\">Asociaci\u00f3n de Fiscales de Distrito y del Condado de Texas<\/a>Aproximadamente la mitad de los conductores sospechosos de conducir ebrios se niegan a someterse a la prueba, lo que plantea problemas de admisibilidad de pruebas para la fiscal\u00eda.
