Siempre es grave, aunque no lo parezca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pero, \u00bfc\u00f3mo saber si sufres discriminaci\u00f3n en el trabajo y qu\u00e9 debes hacer al respecto? Sigue leyendo para saber m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo saber si est\u00e1s sufriendo discriminaci\u00f3n en el trabajo?\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Muchas personas intentan justificar el mal comportamiento en el trabajo porque les preocupa conservar su empleo. Si bien esta es una preocupaci\u00f3n v\u00e1lida, es necesario denunciar la discriminaci\u00f3n laboral, tanto para usted como para los dem\u00e1s.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La discriminaci\u00f3n en el lugar de trabajo puede adoptar muchas formas. Si formas parte de una clase protegida, est\u00e1s protegido por\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.danielstark.com\/es\/practice-areas\/\">derecho laboral<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfSufre acoso sexual en el trabajo? \u00bfLe pagan menos de lo debido por causas ajenas a su voluntad? \u00bfSu empleador le niega adaptaciones razonables para una discapacidad?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estas se\u00f1ales, entre otras, indican que est\u00e1s sufriendo discriminaci\u00f3n en el lugar de trabajo.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">No abandones a menos que sea absolutamente necesario<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este es uno de los aspectos m\u00e1s importantes a tener en cuenta al luchar contra la discriminaci\u00f3n en el trabajo. No deber\u00edas renunciar a menos que el ambiente sea tan hostil que no tengas otra opci\u00f3n. Lleva un cuaderno y anota todas tus experiencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aseg\u00farate de fechar todo y de ser lo m\u00e1s detallado posible. Anota las citas espec\u00edficas, la situaci\u00f3n en la que se dijeron y cualquier castigo espec\u00edfico que se haya impuesto como resultado de la discriminaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si tiene sentido, tome fotos. Necesitar\u00e1 pruebas de la discriminaci\u00f3n que sufre si quiere que su empleador (u otros empleados) asuman las consecuencias.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Presentar quejas formales por escrito<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aunque no creas que las quejas por escrito vayan a ser efectivas, es buena idea presentarlas de todos modos. Quieres dejar constancia documental. Si emprendes acciones legales (o si denuncias la discriminaci\u00f3n a los altos mandos de la empresa en el futuro), debes demostrar que ya has intentado gestionar la situaci\u00f3n a menor escala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aseg\u00farese de que sus informes sean claros y precisos. Es recomendable reflexionar sobre el informe antes de presentarlo para tener la mente despejada.
