Daniel Stark Injury Lawyers Case named Top 100 Verdict in the State <\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

AUSTIN, Texas \u2014 <\/strong>Daniel Stark Injury Lawyers, a Texas-based plaintiff personal injury firm, helped its client secure a $125,000 jury verdict, nearly 10 times the insurance company\u2019s initial offer of $12,700. The case, led by Glenn Starks<\/a>, attorney and partner, was also named among the Top 100 Personal Injury Verdicts in Texas<\/a> by Top Verdict. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The case involved a rear-end collision on Lohmans Crossing in Austin, where the client was struck by a speeding driver. Although the vehicle showed only light visible damage, the physical toll was significant. The client suffered injuries to her head, neck and arms, changing her daily life and relationships, especially with her grandson. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI was in a good place before this wreck. There\u2019s like a cage in my neck now,\u201d the client shared. \u201cI feel guilty because I\u2019m not able to do things with my grandson. I\u2019m bummed and upset about this because I\u2019m not able to interact with him like before.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The insurance company tried to minimize the claim, but Starks\u2019 approach helped the jury see through those tactics. Starks focused on clearly telling the client\u2019s story and showing how the crash affected her daily life, helping the jury understand the full impact of the injury and securing a fair verdict. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
