Daniel Stark Injury Lawyers Case named Top 100 Verdict in the State  

AUSTIN, Texas — Daniel Stark Injury Lawyers, a Texas-based plaintiff personal injury firm, helped its client secure a $125,000 jury verdict, nearly 10 times the insurance company’s initial offer of $12,700. The case involved a rear-end collision on Lohmans Crossing in Austin, where the client was struck by a speeding driver. Although the vehicle showed only light visible damage, the physical toll was significant. The client suffered injuries to her head, neck and arms, changing her daily life and relationships, especially with her grandson. 

“I was in a good place before this wreck. There’s like a cage in my neck now,” the client shared. “I feel guilty because I’m not able to do things with my grandson. I’m bummed and upset about this because I’m not able to interact with him like before.” 

The insurance company tried to minimize the claim, but Starks’ approach helped the jury see through those tactics. Starks focused on clearly telling the client’s story and showing how the crash affected her daily life, helping the jury understand the full impact of the injury and securing a fair verdict. 

“This case proves that what’s invisible to the eye can still be deeply painful and disruptive,” said Starks. “Of course, our client deserved to have her medical bills and property damage covered, but her priority was getting her life back. We’re grateful the jury recognized that and gave her a chance to move forward.”

El caso involucró una colisión por alcance en Lohmans Crossing, Austin, donde la clienta fue impactada por un conductor que iba a exceso de velocidad. La aseguradora intentó minimizar el reclamo, pero el enfoque de Starks permitió que el jurado viera más allá de esas tácticas. El abogado se enfocó en contar de forma clara la historia de la clienta y demostrar cómo el accidente afectó su vida diaria, ayudando al jurado a comprender la magnitud del daño y logrando así un veredicto justo. 

“Este caso demuestra que lo que no se ve también puede ser doloroso y devastador,” comentó Starks. “Por supuesto, nuestra clienta merecía que se cubrieran sus gastos médicos y daños materiales, pero su prioridad era recuperar su vida.
