Hosted by the Ghisallo Cycling Initiative, Cyclovia ATX will transform part of Austin’s Windsor Park neighborhood into a car-free space Nov. 7. Families can bike, walk, skate and enjoy outdoor activities without the usual concerns of sharing the road with vehicle traffic.
