BRYAN, Texas – Daniel Stark Injury Lawyers, a Texas-based personal injury firm, was recently recognized by Top Verdict’s 2024 list of Top 10 Settlements for Motorcycle Crashes in Texas. The case, Motorcyclist v. Commercial Vehicle Driver, et al., resulted in a $2.2 million settlement led by attorney and partner Chris Carver of Daniel Stark Injury Lawyers earning the No. 2 spot for motorcycle crashes in Texas and ranking No. 29 statewide among all personal injury settlements. Top Verdict is a nonbiased third party that ranks firms based on filed court settlements and verdicts. 

The firm is additionally under consideration for inclusion in Top Verdict’s upcoming list of the Top Motorcycle Crash Settlements nationwide. 

This marks the second consecutive year Daniel Stark has been recognized by Top Verdict. In 2023, the firm appeared on both the Top 20 Jury Verdicts y Top 10 Personal Injury Verdicts in Texas lists.

The $2.2 million settlement stemmed from a serious motorcycle collision involving a commercial vehicle, where the motorcyclist sustained significant injuries requiring long-term care and rehabilitation. Daniel Stark’s legal team worked tirelessly to ensure the client received full compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering—ultimately holding the negligent party accountable.
