Immediately after our accident we called Daniel Stark Law firm. I heard Mr. Daniel’s voice telling us to get in separate ambulances and to go to the hospital of our choice. The EMT asked me three times if I was sure I wanted to go to the hospital as my vitals were normal. Because of the advice given, I stood my ground and insisted on going. I’m so glad I did because the MRI showed that I had a brain bleed as well as a concussion. If I hadn’t taken Mr. Daniel’s advice I would have gone home and taken my evening medications, which included a blood thinner, and most likely I would have died. This law firm treats you like family. I’m so grateful for their legal advice, attention to detail, investigations and their genuine concern. The personal staff who contacted me on a regular basis with updates on our case were very caring and helpful. I received all that I deserved!

I was involved in a wreck that not only damaged my car, but tore a disc in my neck and bulged discs in my neck and back. The at-fault driver's insurance tried to claim the medical bills were excessive and tried to only pay half and not cover my lost wages. I don’t really know what I would have done without them.

They did an exceptional job helping me through my time of need after a car accident that caused injuries to my cervical spine. Without their help, I would not have been able to receive the mental, emotional, and physical care that I needed over this past year. The insurance company didn't want to pay for my medical bills.

As a combat veteran, I’m accustomed to working through pain and soreness, so when I didn’t seek medical attention immediately after an accident, for what I thought was just normal expected soreness, it was business as usual. But, when the soreness lingered for two weeks and began to get worse, I decided to get checked out. It turned out to be a torn pectoral muscle instead of just soreness. Because of the delay before seeking care the insurance company of the at-fault-driver, denied the claims and didn’t want to pay for my medical bills. Who knew lawyers cared?

In November of 2022, I was involved in a no fault collision. I had back injuries and for almost 3 years endured several surgeries and long therapy sessions. Through all this the firm of Daniel Stark (personal injury lawyers) stood with me. They answered every question and addressed every concern I had. I truly felt like a person and not just a case, ( who knew lawyers cared)? On one of our many phone calls, my attorney found out that I was having a difficult time moving and lifting heavy things, like groceries from my car.
