That’s the celebration of our legal team whooping another insurance company, winning for our client, and calling the team together to celebrate. Then, every year when we hit our goals, we take a collective team trip to be adventurous together and share memorable and meaningful experiences.
We consistently celebrate our team through our Core Value Shout Outs and weekly newsletter, where team members are recognized for upholding our values and for major milestones like birthdays and work anniversaries. We also host the quarterly Core Value Awards to recognize outstanding efforts among our team members and to transition our glass trophy from last quarter’s winner to the new recipient.
