Waco, Texas — Daniel Stark, a Texas personal injury firm, has achieved a major legal victory by securing a settlement of $987,673.11 for their client following a devastating car wreck caused by a negligent driver.
The incident occurred on Jan. 27, 2020, when Daniel Stark’s client drove south on State Highway 6 and was struck by the defendant, who failed to yield the right of way at an intersection. The resulting impact led to severe injuries and catastrophic property damage.
As a direct consequence of the crash, Daniel Stark’s client was forced to seek alternative employment and transitioned to part-time work due to the severity of his injuries. The client even considered resigning due to the intense pain he suffered and continues to face uncertainty about his future job security.
Despite receiving an initial settlement offer of $200,000 from the defendant’s insurance company, Daniel Stark refused to accept any amount they deemed inadequate. Daniel Stark insisted on taking the case to trial to ensure their client received full and fair compensation for the extensive physical, emotional, and financial toll of the incident. As a result, Daniel Stark successfully reached a settlement of $987,673.11, which fully compensated their client for the harm he experienced.
