Born in Abilene, Will has lived in Texas his entire life. After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University, he went on to seek his Doctor of Jurisprudence at South Texas College of Law.
Will has been with Daniel Stark for over 14 years, starting as one of the first litigation attorneys at the firm. He has since taken a step back from the courtroom and now leads a team of over 30 lawyers. Though his focus has shifted to mentoring our attorneys, he still says his favorite part of the job is helping others after an injury.
Will embodies our core value of “Work Hard, Play Hard!” Outside of the office, he and his family love to spend as much time outdoors as possible. Whether they’re exploring hiking trails, supporting the Aggies, or perfecting their swings on the golf course, this energetic family embraces every opportunity to have some fun!
