The firm is additionally under consideration for inclusion in Top Verdict’s upcoming list of the Top Motorcycle Crash Settlements nationwide. 

This marks the second consecutive year Daniel Stark has been recognized by Top Verdict. In 2023, the firm appeared on both the Top 20 Jury Verdicts and Top 10 Personal Injury Verdicts in Texas lists.

The $2.2 million settlement stemmed from a serious motorcycle collision involving a commercial vehicle, where the motorcyclist sustained significant injuries requiring long-term care and rehabilitation. Daniel Stark’s legal team worked tirelessly to ensure the client received full compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering—ultimately holding the negligent party accountable.
