Christopher Carver

Chris Carver is an attorney responsible for both trial and appellate cases. He is a seasoned litigator with a remarkable track record, and in September of 2024, he was named Partner of the firm.

Chris has tried over 50 cases to verdict as first chair trial counsel. His expertise extends to appellate work, where he has served as primary appellate counsel before seven different courts of appeals, including the prestigious United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.  

Chris’ accomplishments include serving as both trial and appellate counsel in cases appearing before the United States Supreme Court and the Texas Supreme Court. His exceptional skills have earned him board certification in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. 

Chris is passionate about getting his clients full value for their injury. His dedication to clients, backed by his outstanding credentials, has allowed him to take lead on our most challenging cases.

Following his success in Motorcyclist v. Commercial Vehicle Driver, Chris was named to both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, national organizations that recognize trial attorneys who have served as principal counsel in cases resulting in verdicts or settlements of $1 million or more.

Beyond the courtroom, Chris has demonstrated his dedication to bettering his community, serving two terms as President of the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of West Texas.
