Soon it will be cold outside, and we can’t wait to get out our winter coats and blankets. But imagine if you didn’t have these things. What would it be like to feel the temperature drop and not have something to keep you warm? Worse yet, imagine not having something to keep your children warm. This year Daniel Stark will have a collection box for Twin City Mission’s annual coat and blanket drive. From Friday, October 4, through Friday, November 8, we will accept coat and blanket donations on behalf of the Mission. We will have the collection box outside for October and November’s First Friday events. We hope that everyone who is able will donate a new or gently used coat for adults or children benefitting from this drive.
