Ribbon cutting to highlight renovated historic office in Downtown Bryan
BRYAN, Texas — Daniel Stark Injury Lawyers will join the Bryan-College Station Chamber of Commerce for a ribbon cutting on Thursday, Dec. 4, at 11:30 a.m., celebrating the firm’s newly renovated office in downtown Bryan.
The renovation coincides with the firm’s 25th anniversary and highlights Daniel Stark’s commitment to Bryan/College Station and its historic downtown district. Constructed in 1930, the art deco stone structure originally served as the home of First State Bank & Trust Co., which had been established in 1909. Daniel Stark first renovated the office in 2007 and began a new round of renovations in 2024, continuing the building’s role as a recognizable fixture along William Joel Bryan Parkway between Main Street and Bryan Avenue.
“This new building is a statement of who we are and where we’re going,” said Danny Daniel, founding partner. “We opened our first Bryan office more than 20 years ago, and we’re incredibly proud to reinvest in a community that’s been such an important part of our journey.”
In updating the space, Daniel Stark aimed to balance preservation with modern functionality. The firm worked to maintain the building’s architectural integrity, including restoring its exterior, while creating a redesigned interior suited for today’s clients and employees. The renovation was also a meaningful investment in the Daniel Stark team, providing employees with a modern workspace designed to support productivity, collaboration and a culture that values people both personally and professionally.
