This marks the second consecutive year Daniel Stark has been recognized by Top Verdict. In 2023, the firm appeared on both the Top 20 Jury Verdicts and Top 10 Personal Injury Verdicts in Texas lists.

The $2.2 million settlement stemmed from a serious motorcycle collision involving a commercial vehicle, where the motorcyclist sustained significant injuries requiring long-term care and rehabilitation.
