AUSTIN, Texas — Daniel Stark Injury Lawyers proudly partnered with Latinitas, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young Latinas through STEAM education, digital equity, career exploration, and economic opportunity, to support their annual Camp Latinitas summer program. 

As part of this new collaboration, Daniel Stark provided all snacks and assembled a team of volunteers to pack 150 snack bags for camp attendees, girls aged 9 to 14 from across the Austin area. Each snack pack included nutritious treats, stickers, and handwritten notes of encouragement designed to uplift and energize campers as they participate in weeklong STEAM-focused programming. 

The snack pack initiative was more than a supply drive — it was a team-building opportunity for Daniel Stark employees who came together to decorate, write notes, and assemble each bag with care. “It was inspiring to see our team so energized and personally invested in making these girls feel seen and supported,” said Ashley Diaz, bilingual content marketing specialist at Daniel Stark. “We wanted every camper to know we were rooting for her success.”

“I find all of our volunteer programs and events to be worthwhile to give back to our community,” said Zachary Tritico, a Daniel Stark attorney based in Austin, “especially a demographic in our community that is traditionally underserved for which Latinitas is dedicated to serving.”  

Latinitas helps students develop the skills, confidence, and community support they need to thrive. Through programs like after-school clubs, coding classes, startup workshops, and summer camps, Latinitas helps girls envision themselves as innovators and leaders.

“Working with Daniel Stark, even from our first engagement with the snack pack, is incredibly meaningful for Latinitas,” Salette Rios, development coordinator with Latinitas, said. “Having women in various roles within the law industry potentially volunteering to share their career journeys and insights with Latinitas youth would be an invaluable experience, offering real-world perspectives on working in the legal field.” 

Daniel Stark and Latinitas formed a partnership aimed at supporting long-term efforts in Austin’s Latino community, with a focus on empowering young Latinas and Latinos through education and mentorship. Daniel Stark has made it a priority to be a visible, trusted resource as an ongoing supporter of youth empowerment and cultural inclusion. 

By meeting a small but meaningful need, Daniel Stark helped ensure that every camper had the fuel and affirmation to fully participate in Camp Latinitas. The firm’s involvement is part of a growing movement among local businesses to invest in culturally relevant programs that nurture leadership, innovation, and confidence in young Latinas. This partnership reflects a broader commitment to building stronger, more inclusive communities across Texas.
