I received all that I deserved!

I was involved in a wreck that not only damaged my car, but tore a disc in my neck and bulged discs in my neck and back. The at-fault driver's insurance tried to claim the medical bills were excessive and tried to only pay half and not cover my lost wages. The insurance company didn't want to pay for my medical bills.

As a combat veteran, I’m accustomed to working through pain and soreness, so when I didn’t seek medical attention immediately after an accident, for what I thought was just normal expected soreness, it was business as usual. Who knew lawyers cared?

In November of 2022, I was involved in a no fault collision. I had back injuries and for almost 3 years endured several surgeries and long therapy sessions. Treated my daughter like a human and not like another case number.

Where to begin? I went to social media to get suggestions from friends about who to use for an injury attorney caused by a car accident. Out of my 500+ friends I only had 2 responses and both said Daniel Stark. I didn’t read any reviews I just made that call. Heather was the first point of contact. She listened to what happened to my daughter, put me on hold for a brief moment and was right back on the line to tell me that the team was interested in taking our case. Heather was the main point of contact thought the entire process. She was always so kind and extremely personable. She treated my daughter like a human and not like another case number. She made sure to keep us updated along the way even if it was minor, and if she didn’t have updates she was just calling to check on my daughter’s physical and mental well being!!
