I was referred to Daniel Starks office after my wreck. Spencer is an attorney in the Waco area. He responded quickly and even came to the house, I was recovering in, to visit with me. Hello potential Daniel Stark clients. Like you, I was in an accident and came straight to reviews to find a lawyer who would fight for me not just for the payment outcome and how much they could gain from me but would actually be there and help me along the way. I didn’t want to be just a number on their win collum. I wanted to make sure I meant something to them. It was the first to come to mind and I wanted to make sure I was asking for the right people to help me. And I am grateful I called them. I was in a T-bone driver side collision, 5 houses from my home on my way back to my 5 children and husband after a weekend of studying for one of my college classes in Sept 2020. I lost so much that day and for a very long time after. Recovering from an auto accident during a pandemic was a struggle on its own. I have no idea how I would have navigated all the legal aspects on top of trying to learn my new normal disabled life with a brain injury and new bodily injuries. The medical part was a roller coaster from trying to find a doctor who will take over my care from the accident while also in a lawsuit over it was not easy. I was getting nowhere and always in pain. The Paralegals assigned to my case were never far from reach, a phone call, text or email away. Even if they went on leave, they made sure I was comfortable with another member of their team. I was in a four car pile up as the first car. I was slammed into multiple times resulting in temporary paralysis from the neck down. I’d never been in an accident before and for this kind of accident to occur took a toll on me, my family, my friends, my entire life. I spiraled into a deep state of depression, I was scared to drive, I couldn’t even ride in a car without severe anxiety. A month after my accident, the insurance companies of everyone that hit me were telling me that my accident was my fault. My car was brand new, barely even had 30,000 miles on it yet and was smashed into. Even my own insurance wasnt moving to get my car fixed. Finally, I called Daniel stark, and immediately everything started moving. They were there to answer all of my questions, thoroughly explain the case and what was happening. Getting me the care I needed physically and called to check on my mental and emotional state as well. When I had to get part of my spine replaced, a care package came in support of my recovery. Encouraging me to stay positive, and ensure I got some relief from the physical pain that I live with. They made me feel confident enough to stand strong when the seven defendant’s lawyers did what they could to explain how their client somehow did less damage than the other, and therefore not at fault.
