The only down sides I can even come close to saying as being negative is I never met either Mr. Daniels or Mr. Stark and would have loved that opportunity. We were hit by a driver in the middle of the night after he ran a red light at the last second and crashed into us. It was honestly one of the scariest moments of my life. We were stuck in the vehicle in the middle of the road at 4am, the airbags had deployed so we couldn’t see outside, my door was jammed shut, and when we finally tried to climb out we didn’t even know if we were stepping into oncoming traffic. We also thought the vehicle might be on fire because of the smell from the airbags. The whole experience was extremely traumatic and I’ve struggled with driving anxiety/PTSD since then. From the very beginning, Daniel Stark was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. Even though our wreck happened on a weekend AND a holiday, by the end of the same day we already had a lawyer and guidance on what we needed to do next. They walked us through things like documenting injuries, taking photos, what NOT to say to insurance, and how to protect ourselves. Having never been in a wreck was quite an experience. My truck was totaled, my body hurt so bad and bruising was terrible. Time healed me but what I did not know was how ruthless insurance companies could be. This team was attentive, compassionate and communicative throughout the litigation process. Mr Diamond did an exceptional job negotiating with blue cross blue shield insurance company. I was hit head on and had multiple surgeries. I spent 2 weeks in the hospital and a week in inpatient rehabilitation then in a wheelchair for another 2 months.
