Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Leany Hammer brings both passion and expertise to her role as a pre-litigation attorney. Leany’s academic journey began at Universidad del Este, where she graduated in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. She further pursued her legal aspirations by earning her Juris Doctor from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico in 2012.
Leany’s career took a meaningful turn when she moved to Bryan-College Station in 2021. Having worked at a defense law firm, she recognized Daniel Stark’s reputation for excellence right away. It wasn’t long before she joined the team in December 2022—a professional milestone made sweeter by her admiration for our core values and workplace culture.

Outside the office, Leany is all about balance and adventure. She finds joy in cycling, jogging, and taking long walks while immersed in audiobooks. A lover of the beach, she thrives on traveling to new places and cherishing quality time with her husband and two boys.
