Rochelle Guiton is a trial attorney at Daniel Stark Injury Lawyers, bringing over 16 years of diverse legal experience to the firm’s personal injury practice. Her legal career began as a trial attorney with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, where she spent more than nine years prosecuting serious criminal cases and rose to the position of Felony Chief Prosecutor.
During her prosecutorial career, Rochelle tried numerous cases to verdict involving drug offenses, family violence, aggravated assaults, sexual assaults, and other serious felony offenses, securing multiple life sentences for violent offenders. She is especially proud of her work advocating for child victims, serving as Chief Prosecutor of the Child Exploitation Division and working at Children’s Safe Harbor, a Children’s Advocacy Center. In these roles, she collaborated with the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and the Human Trafficking Rescue Alliance to protect vulnerable victims and hold offenders accountable.
Rochelle later transitioned to civil litigation, where she gained experience in both national mass tort litigation and single-event personal injury cases. Her mass tort practice involved managing more than 20,000 claims against major organizations, while her personal injury practice has focused on representing individuals injured in car crashes, trucking collisions, premises liability incidents, nonsubscriber claims, and wrongful death cases through every stage of litigation and trial.
Rochelle joined Daniel Stark in August 2025 to continue doing what has always driven her career – standing beside people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Throughout her career, Rochelle has believed that every person deserves someone who will stand beside them, give them a voice, and fight relentlessly on their behalf.
Originally from Luling, Louisiana, Rochelle earned her Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana, and her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University, College of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana. She is licensed to practice law in Texas and Louisiana.
Outside the courtroom, Rochelle serves on the board of Redeemed Ministries, a nonprofit dedicated to restoring survivors of human trafficking. She is also the author of Fierce and Fearless, a book focused on the empowerment of women. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
