Sean Szlachtowski is an attorney in the North Austin office, handling prelitigation cases and assisting his team in trial.

Having moved to Texas at the age of 10, Sean calls McKinney, Texas his hometown. After earning his bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of North Texas, he pursued law school at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He passed the Texas bar and embarked on his journey into personal injury law.

With a diverse career path, Sean has honed his trial and negotiation skills at the Hays County DA’s office and a personal injury office. Among his many professional accomplishments, Sean is most proud of the experience he has gained as a trial attorney, handling over 25 jury trials, tackling cases from DWIs to major assault charges, and even trying the first fentanyl related death case in Hays County.  He thrives in and out of the courtroom, passionately advocating for clients against big insurance companies.

Sean left the DA’s office and joined Daniel Stark in 2025, drawn to its collaborative environment and supportive culture. Excited to further his career with a team that values both professional and personal growth, Sean looks forward to making a significant impact for personal injury victims.

Outside the courtroom, Sean loves to hunt and attend Austin FC games. Additionally, Sean and his wife love exploring breweries and traveling, especially to Spain. Recently welcoming their first child, Sean is excited for the joys of parenthood while balancing a fulfilling career at Daniel Stark.
